Yesterday, my eyes went across something I never see in Thailand, SPAM. Not only one but a lot.
The package I found is smaller than Mk’s.
Accord to bact’s comment, SPAM is a kind of luncheon meat which is an unhealthy food. It contains high percentage of soduim and fat. Eating these product frequently leads to many diseases included . Moreover, It provides 150 KCal per serving and 110 Kcal comes from fat energy. However, there is SPAM Lite that reduced fat and those unhealthy nutritions but it still provide 50 KCal from fat anyway. Last but not least, It costs 179 baht per can. At this price, you can buy about 1.5 Kilograms of real chopped pork in meat area within 20 meters away.
At first, I picked it in my shopping cart to try it. But when I realized I didn’t have enough money, I throw this thing out first.
PS. I know it comes to Thailand for a long time but I never see it before, really.
